The Suffolk Range comes in a selection of fabrics as standard however you can choose any upholstery grade fabric and we will provide a quotation to supply your bespoke product. Please get in touch to discuss additional size options and to order any fabric samples you may like to see completely free of charge! The Suffolk has slender sloping arms making the most of the seating area it has to offer. It is a beautifully refined piece of furniture, well proportioned on English oak legs.
Delivery and Returns

Orders take up to 5 working days to arrive and are sent either by Royal Mail recorded delivery or with a courier company.
Please note that orders to Jersey, the Channel Islands and Scottish Highlands & Islands may be subject to an additional charge and free shipping promotions may not apply to these areas.At present we will only ship to the UK
We ensure that we wrap all items securely to minimise the possibility of breakages. Goods lost or damaged in transit are fully insured by our couriers. If you parcel hasn’t arrived within the specified time please contact us immediately on 01284763770 or info@janecappleman.co.uk
If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order, or if your order cannot be met or delivered within the specified time, we will contact you to make alternative arrangements.
You have a right to return your order under the distance selling regulations for any item purchased on a fixed priced sale for a full refund within 28 days. However, you must take reasonable care of the item/s. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both to and from your address.Please not we are unable to accept returns on bespoke or custom items.
Sale items are returnable within 14 days after receipt in return for a credit note.
To cancel your order you must advise us by writing to info@janecappleman.co.uk– All parcels are sent back at your own risk. We advise using recorded delivery as the parcel is not our responsibility until we sign for it.
Please note: We only accept the return of items if sent back in original unused condition; we reserve the right to reject items that are returned in what we consider to be an unsaleable condition.
